Woodland

Forests are places of mystery, where light filters through branches like whispers, and every step feels like a quiet discovery. My woodland photography is about more than trees; it’s about the feeling of being enclosed, protected, and slightly lost. I’m drawn to the interplay of shadow and light, to tangled roots and twisted trunks that seem to hold stories older than memory. In these still, humid spaces, time slows down. Whether it’s a lone path drenched in rain or a fallen tree catching golden morning light, I look for moments where the forest seems to breathe. Through long exposures and natural light, I try to capture not just what’s seen, but what’s felt: solitude, wonder, and a sense of something sacred in the silence.
